BAPTISM

Baptism is a public testimony identifying a believer with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. As we take this step of being baptized we are making a public statement to our church family that we have been born to newness of life through Christ.

CHILD DEDICATION

Our ultimate goal as parents ought to be to escort kids to understand what a personal faith in the One true God looks like, what it means. Because of the weight of this responsibility, Faith Community Church wants to partner with you in this. In dedicating a child to the Lord, we are acknowledging God as creator and Lord. Parenting is not possession but a stewardship entrusted by God. The child placed in our care as parents and a church family is given as a trust (see Luke 19: 11-27). Dedication is a very intentional act of faith, surrendering back to God that which is His. (Romans 11:36).
